Yoga – connecting
body
and mind

Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion.
It is an ancient art based on a harmonizing
system of development for the body,
mind, and spirit.

Basically, there are just three simple steps: AWARENESS, ACCEPTANCE and ALIGNMENT!

1)    The practice of yoga is not in the asana, it is in the awareness
2)    If you have the awareness, you will arrive at acceptance
3)    If you accept where you are and who you are: align with it!

This alignment is meant in a physical and in a mental way.
The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

I teach vinyasa flow yoga. Some classes are gentle and easy, others are strenghtening and powerful because I add pilates postures to complete a strong workout. In most of my classes I play music to support the flow from the dynamic to the relaxing parts.

The physical part on the mat is the focus in my group courses. You can gain a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy at my yoga retreats or in private one to one classes.

My aim is for you to have fun and enjoyment. Success follows by itself. Feeling good and powerful, becoming more flexible, finding inner peace and happiness will be the result!

In the practice of Yoga the ultimate aim is one of self-development and self-realization.
